Answer Once your Custom DNS Servers have been activated by a support representative Resellers must complete the following steps.

1. Create the necessary DNS A-Records that make each NS host name resolvable. If the Domain is hosted on our systems two A-Records must be setup through the DNS zone editor in your control panel. Select A-Record and enter the beginning part of the host name, for example NS1 and then enter the assigned IP Address and click save. Do the same for each NS hostname.

2. The new DNS servers must be added as actual Domain Name Servers with your domain registrar. Your domain registrar should provide you with a way to accomplish this. Domain Name Server registration is an entirely different process then regular DNS updates that point the domain to a host. If you need help with this step please contact your domain provider directly for assistance.

Once the steps are complete resellers can utilize the custom DNS Services.
