Solution Domain Hosting Policies

When adding a domain to our systems you are given approximately 30 days to setup and move your domain over. If after 30 days your domain does not point to our web servers it will be deleted to free up IIS memory space for other users.

Note: You do not have to use our DNS or Mail servers, but the domain must point to our web servers. When using third party DNS and Mail servers we cannot guarantee quality of service and therefore we will not provide support or guarantee uptime.

(Temp URLS) Temporary domain aliases (domain-com.clientnshosting.net) should be removed once your domain points to our servers.

Note: Clients must have a domain name and point it to our web servers to use our services. Other types of use are NOT supported. If you are developer and just need space you should consider purchasing a domain for that specific purpose.
