Solution
Security exceptions occur when you try to access an unsupported option under ASP.NET. To work properly ASP.NET applications must be compatible for a Medium trust environment.
The following options are supported under ASP.NET 2 and above.

RegistryPermission
SmtpPermission
SocketPermission
SqlClientPermission
WebPermission
OleDbPermission
OdbcPermission
Flagged permissions.
