Solution Shared hosting support is available via the online helpdesk at URL: http://www.datapackethelp.net. Technical support representatives are available 24/7 to answer your questions. Sales and Billing representatives are available during normal work hours. Because support services are provided free and due to the very low cost nature of the services there are no support SLA's. DataPacket strives to answer your questions within 24 hours, but that may not always be possible.

Phone support is not offered under any brand of shared hosting services. It is not feasible nor financially sustained in the low cost environment that DataPacket offers its service.

Support is available for help with server side issues, account setup and use and control panel guidance only. Scripting and application support is unavailable and should be provided by the developer directly.
